Dear Martyn,

I wish to confirm that the residential property has been sold and so we will no longer require insurance on the same property. The property was sold on January 4th 2008.

I would like to thank you for all your help and assistance in providing me with suitable insurance for the property. Your advice and knowledge of the market was invaluable to me as not only do I no longer live in Northern Ireland, but you were also understanding of the fact that it was a difficult time for me. So it was important for me to liaise with someone whom I could put my trust in.
